21 August 2011. A Russian POV… The New York Hot Dog

Here’s a “Chicago-style” dog from a pushcart. It has a beef hot dog, potatoes, mustard, onion, cucumber, tomato, peppers, and salt in a bun.

Here’s a different kind of hot dog, from Zach Pelaccio’s Fatty Crab; it has pork sausage, gravy, mayonnaise, pickled garlic, pickled chilli peppers, and pickled radishes.
