Rus’ extends from Zakarpatiya in the West, to the Chukchi Peninsula in the East, to the Caucasus in the South, and to the Yamal Peninsula in the North. This is the largest single civilisational space in the world. You could drop the USA into it and have PLENTY of room to spare.
