The famous Russian exhibition centre VDNKh celebrated its 75th anniversary. A wonderful fireworks display capped off the event. Feel the atmosphere…
VDNKh is “Exhibition of Achievements of the People’s Economy” in English… it resumed its Soviet-era name this year. Slowly, but surely, Russia is telling the West to “get rooted” as it returns to the verities of its Tsarist and Red paths. G A Zyuganov has spoken of a “Red Tsar”… I think that he speaks truthfully and prophetically… after all, isn’t V V Putin the “Big Kahuna” amongst statesmen? That’s why the West wants to take him down so badly… unfortunately, none of their leaders are of his stature… silly wabbits.

Fireworks at the site of the Родина-мать зовёт (Rodina Mat Zovyot: The Mother-Motherland Calls) monument on Mamayev Kurgan in the Hero City of Volgograd. Russia hasn’t forgotten the great victory of Stalingrad… from that point forward, the Red Army was on the counterattack. This was the highwater mark of the Fascist advance. The Red Army didn’t rest until it planted the Victory Banner on the Reichstag. The world is a better place because of the Great Victory… never forget that.
