14 October 2013. It’s the Hajj! HH Gives His Greetings to the Muslims Going to Mecca… So Should We

Every year, not only HH, but many other Orthodox Christian people, give their good wishes to their Muslim neighbours who go on the Hajj. We should emulate Fr Vsevolod Chaplin, who broke bread with his Muslim colleagues in the Ramadan Tent on Poklonnaya Gora, not John Whiteford, who repeats hateful Evangelical rot. Most Muslims are upright decent people… you can’t judge them by the Islamist minority. Indeed, we wouldn’t want the Church to be judged by the konvertsy minority, would we? It’s the same thing! Give good wishes to your Muslim neighbour as he departs for the hajj… you’ll be in GOOD company.
