Yalta in the Crimea is home to many Tsarist-era palaces. Now, the Crimea is back home in Russia, where it always belonged. Things went to seed under the Ukraine, as the oligarchs robbed the country blind and gave back nothing in return (and the parasite Uniates siphoned off what little was left).
